  • Property data: property details, booking information, guest records, financial data you enter
  • Usage data: login times, features used, device information, IP address
  • Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, alerts)
  • To improve the Service and fix issues
  • To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data under the following legal bases:

  • Contract: necessary to provide the Service you subscribed to
  • Legitimate interest: to improve the Service and prevent fraud

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 30 days for backup purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. Financial records may be retained longer as required by law.

  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Export your data (available in Settings)
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
