1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Management Made Cleary (“the Service”), operated by Cleary Management Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Management Made Cleary is a property management platform that helps vacation rental operators manage bookings, guests, channels, pricing, operations, and reporting. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is billed on a per-property basis at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All fees are in GBP and are non-refundable except as required by law. We use Stripe for payment processing — your payment details are never stored on our servers.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe). You can export your data at any time from Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) impersonate another person or entity.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
